While long-term income is great, of course, sometimes a burst of short-term income is necessary to pay a bill or buy something vital or to celebrate a holiday in style.
If you want to make quick money online for the holidays, what is the best way to do it?
Those with established freelance businesses – writing or design or coding – can simply work a bit harder or go after the higher paid jobs on freelance bidding sites.
People who have websites or blogs they make money from may consider a sale on their information product or the introduction of a new one. Plan ahead and get writing around Halloween to offer a new product by Black Friday sales after Thanksgiving. This can give you a great boost to income IF you have an established traffic source who is hungry for your information.
Anyone can make some extra money for the holidays by getting involved, however temporarily, with established get paid programs that pay for actions (Some even pay for shopping! Kill two birds with one stone.), or give you gift cards for doing things. My favorite is MyPoints.com, but there are others.
Writing for one of the content sites online can be another great way to save for the holidays. DemandStudios.com and AssociatedContent.com both pay upfront and you can get your money withiin a week. Most of the others pay only once per month so, unless you play ahead, it won’t help you much for Christmas shopping.
